MISSION
Investing in a Talent Bank of social entrepreneurs working with art, crafts, and fashion, to promote professional development with job and income generation, access to information through exclusive consulting services, and business formalization.

Investing in HUMAN CAPITAL is the best way to reduce social inequality.
Pipa Social is innovating the Third Sector by promoting professional training for low-income entrepreneurs to generate social transformation. This strengthens families and the communities where they live.
Pipa is climbing the hills of Rio de Janeiro. She talks to the residents to learn their stories, their slopes, stairs, and alleyways; she listens to their noises, their songs, their fears, and their expectations. She enters with respect. She has found groups of artisans and seamstresses who want to strengthen themselves, unite, and formalize their businesses. They are united and want to showcase their work.
There are a large number of talented and creative entrepreneurs in Rio de Janeiro's communities. Pipa Social brings these talents together to create innovative products. Our work begins where everyone else's ends. We don't just want them to enter the market.
We want them to CREATE a market. With them, we create personalized products and value manual techniques.
