
Exchange and Return Policy
You can request an exchange within 30 (thirty) calendar days of receiving your order.

If our team determines that the returned product does not meet the necessary criteria for exchange or return mentioned above, Pipa Social is not obligated to accept the return or make the exchange. Pipa Social may then resend the product to the customer without prior consultation, accompanied by a justification for the refusal.
Before the exchange, the item needs to arrive at Pipa Social, where it will undergo a quality control process that can take up to 3 business days to complete. After that, the exchange procedure will proceed.

You must send all items from the exchange request;
